  • All the participants must be InSEA members. if you are not an InSEA member, please  make the registration for InSEA 2017 as a Non-member (Registered participants as Non-member of InSEA World Congress 2017 (InSEA 2017) will be joined the InSEA member) or join InSEA at INSEA webpage ( firstly.
  • If an undergraduate student is the presenter at InSEA 2017, they should make online registration as a Student (Member or Non-member) not as a Student (Undergraduate).

Registration fee for delegates and students includes access and availability to;

  • All scientific sessions
  • Exhibition areas
  • Welcome Reception, Coffee & tea and refreshments during the conference breaks, Conference Kit (Program book, Name badge etc.)

Students (Undergraduate)

Accompanying persons

An accompanying person are the people who accompany the participants at the conference (a spouse, friend or adult child who is not working in an art education related occupation or field).

  • Accompanying persons may not attend the oral or poster scientific sessions.
  • Registration fee for Accompanying persons includes access and availability to;
    • Exhibition areas
    • Coffee, tea and refreshments during the conference breaks

Payment Methods

By Credit Card

VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and UnionPay are the only credit cards accepted.
Please enter all relevant information on the registration form. It is also imperative that the name of the credit card holder is clearly stated if it differs from the name of the registrant. Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate your payment made to Eximbay

By Wire Transfer

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to registration fees. The wire transfer must clearly state the name of the participant, as unidentified wire transfers cannot be processed. Participants are also requested to send a copy of the bank remittance receipt with their name to the InSEA 2017 secretariat.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund will be subject to the following conditions;
Cancellation before May 31 Full refund
Cancellation before July 15 50% refund
Cancellation after July 16 No refund
* Including no-shows to the conference
